STRUT YOUR STUFF online competition, 2003.

I placed second place in the Sr. Mixed Media Division. The theme was "Dreaming of a Decade". Because I live in Hawaii I thought of 1930's Hawaii. I duplicated post cards from the 30's on each nail and a postal stamp on the thumb from Hilo Hawaii dated 10-21-35. To finish the design I created 3/D hibiscus flowers.







The NAIL OLYMPICS

...at the International Hair and Nail Conference in Las Vegas, June 2003. I won third place in the Mixed Media nail art Division 1.

I am super excited...can you tell? lol Ok, yeah... I was very nervous...so many people... I really was super happy....even though you cannot tell in the pics...lol
